“During a challenging financial time which led me to pile numerous big charges such as auto repairs on my still considerably new Chase credit card that I am still learning about, the front greeter sent me to Lisa’s office to answer my main question about Chase’s policy that I intend to use as a road map to continue through that tough time. The greeter asked her if she had time for me between appointments; she calmly and enthusiastically approved. She was kind and patient with me and my hard-to-explain route to the key question. When I arrived, I arrived thinking I didn't need an appointment, the bank manager, Miranda, was extremely understanding and sought to find a solution and not just say: "sorry you don't have an appointment." She was extremely kind and thankful and truly wanted to help. I saw some other reviews saying there wasn't any good customer service, it couldn't be further from the truth. Honestly recommend this branch for Novato as a whole.”
