I have banked with US Bank for over 15 years. No issues, very local in culture, very friendly and helpful. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Earlier this week, my husband stopped by the branch on Grant Avenue to discuss an issue. It was resolved quickly, and a representative from the bank even took the extra step to call us at home to confirm everything was okay. I appreciate that, and will continue to do business with them!
