“The store is run quite efficiently by the in house management. The staff are quite helpful to me every time I have come in. My printers have stood the test of time that I have purchased there. My biggest problem is the Canon brand ink supply. I hate online shopping for things like ink. The selection for my brand is sometimes hard to come by. I rarely have seen multiples of the single colors that I need. The big pack just went up for a consistent $82.00 to $89.00. I was was livid! I had just seen the $82.00 price about 3 weeks ago! I have contact Canon directly twice about this and gave gotten no response.”
“Least expensive place in the area for fingerprinting except maybe the police station but you have to schedule an appointment weeks out with them. I've done wet prints and livescan here. Always quick and not overly expensive”

“This is for management. You need more workers. Your understaffing and its reprehensible. Even the us postal service has at least at least 2 people on a Saturday for busy offices.
Otherwise the worker was great. Handled the rush of multiple customers at once with grace, in the half hour period we were there. It was crowded. Just because this worker is awesome and has good attitude in such circumstances doesn't mean that justifies understaffing. Its not right.”

“I just want to say that in general, over the years, my experience at Fed Ex Office has never been smooth; however, this store is the exception. I am an attorney from out of town and was in back to back trials. I needed my exhibits printed, hole punched and put in books. They did this within a day. Over 500 pages and needed three sets. I am especially grateful to Mikayla (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) and Brittany. Both of you did a great job for me and were extremely courteous, helpful and prompt. Thank you again!”

“Came in today to do my TSA Pre-Check, and had fast friendly service. We already filled out the pre-enrollment paperwork online, so when we came in to the store today, our passports were scanned, we were fingerprinted, and pictures our were taken. Maybe 10 minutes total for both my husband and I. As for the rest of the store, we just breezed through, but the store was clean and everyone was friendly.”
“NICE NEW STAFF! I remember when this place was ran by not-so-friendly "Karens", therefore I was happy to walk-in and be greeted by friendly new employees! The girls working the desk were very helpful and packaged my Mom's items quickly. Also, the staff never made us wait unnecessarily.
The store is pretty neat and orderly. Boxes are clearly displayed in the back and there's quite a few gifts, cards, and items for those interested in shipping cool little memorabilia. I also found plenty of office items and possible decorations.
PostalAnnex+ also has a small P.O. Box section, it's smaller than a UPS P.O Box station but it's still helpful and convenient.
My only gripe for this place is that shipping a few small art items like crayons and a small toy (all in a super small box) cost over $30. It's kind of insane how much shipping costs now. Our box wasn't heavy lol. Oh well, the service requested was provided and I guess we had to bite the bullet on this one...”
