I was a but rude which sucks cuz I’ve been in his position before. “I just want to say that in general, over the years, my experience at Fed Ex Office has never been smooth; however, this store is the exception. I am an attorney from out of town and was in back to back trials. I needed my exhibits printed, hole punched and put in books. They did this within a day. Over 500 pages and needed three sets. I am especially grateful to Mikayla (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) and Brittany. Both of you did a great job for me and were extremely courteous, helpful and prompt. Thank you again!”

“The customer service at this Staples is absolutely amazing. My mother recently passed away, and the obituaries we ordered were delayed with FedEx and were not going to arrive in time for her service. In a panic, we called this store to see if they could help.
Matthew, the manager, immediately stepped in and even kept the store open after hours to help us. Nicole worked her magic to make sure the programs looked right and stayed late to finish them.
Because of their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond, we were able to properly honor my mother at her service. In such a difficult moment for our family, their compassion meant everything.
