Following this the worker further went the extra mile and informed me that the store offers a mail drop of service, which really helped ease the shipping burden for me. The staff has been absolutely pleasantly helpful and even contacted the UPS driver on my behalf when one of my packages became lost in the system. It luckily arrived the next day but they checked in with me each day to confirm their progress in their investigation and told me what had happened.
