I accidentally placed a print order with a email I have been locked out of, and the workers were extremely helpful in helping me find out the status of my print order and help correct the situation. Following this the worker further went the extra mile and informed me that the store offers a mail drop of service, which really helped ease the shipping burden for me. I was helped by a kind young man and a lady named Ginna(my apologies if misspelled) today.”
