“We were driving through Ojai and my sister from Oklahoma remembered Morgan's. She was telling us about how wonderful the carriages were and how wonderful Morgan's was. She has a carriage and in the past bought supplies from Morgan's Carriage when she came to visit family in Ventura County. We were treated nicely and given a small tour. Pat talked to her and answered her questions and reminisced about old memories. It was a great experience.”

“I often look to yelp for opinions but this is my first review I felt important enough to leave. Our dog is a member of our family so when we came home to find his toenail torn sideways and bleeding we felt this was somewhat of an urgent matter. Upon calling his long-standing veterinarian they were able to get him in but were going to charge an astronomical extra fee to see him for an appointment time they already had available for any other regular visit simply because they knew we were of need. I had been feeling frustrated due to pricing for awhile at that vet so I decided to call around and found Moore Veterinary. Moore Veterinary was able to fit us in the same day also with a minimal urgent service fee (which was quite understandable as they were doing us the favor). Their customer service was excellent, their knowledge and explanation was on point, their time and dedication to each client was appreciated, and I felt my dog was given the care he deserved. I have already referred friends to Moore Veterinary and have transferred my dog's files over to their care. They have our business!”

“If it wasn't for Moore, my childhood tabby cat would have died a year prior and my family and I wouldn't have had an extra year with her. The vet treated my cat well, and it amazes me how she's able to keep it together when creatures are going through a lot of discomfort. She also treated my boyfriend's friend's bearded dragon, as well as his own Chinese Water Dragon lizard (it's great to have a local vet who can work with reptiles by the way!) Karen Moore always had their best interest in mind and made certain the pet owner knew every possible outcome, as well as how things could/would work. She gave me peace of mind.The staff are also very good. They're polite, friendly, and always enthusiastic to help a client.I don't care what a couple of reviewers say. They're obviously using the vet as a scapegoat for their frustration and pain during hardship, because Moore did everything she could to help the pets either I or my husband brought in.”

“Update: tried to order an allergy medication that my dog has been on for years and they gave me the run around on ordering it until I finally gave up. The manufacturer of the medication said any licensed vet can order it, so not sure what the deal was. Maybe they just didn't want to set it up in their system or they only order medications that they are partnered with? Anyways, was pretty disappointed with that. Took off 1 star.I've been to many vets as I've moved around a lot, and I can say this one has been my favorite. Rarely do I take the time to write reviews, but I felt compelled in this case. Dr. Franklin is such a sweetheart. Highly highly recommend.”

“I wanted to get my Lab, Momos' nails clipped before the holidays, a prescription refill and his weight taken. Luckily both staff and Momo were available at 2pm on the day I called. Momo lost over 3 lbs, yeah his diet was slowly working, and staff suggested some healthy snacks like zucchini, and celery. The vet checked Momo and refilled his thyroid prescription, so all our needs were met, efficiently, timely and the staff were very busy yet very helpful and courteous. What more could I ask for!
