“I had a great experience at Topa Animal Hospital with my cat Neville. It’s a clean, beautiful clinic with lovely accommodating staff. I also really love their lizard and Guinea pigs they have in the waiting room! Neville had been having some new behavioral issues and I was concerned it was something medical. Dr. Kristin was able to advise me of some environmental changes and checked Neville over to reassure me it wasn’t a medical issue. I made the changes and thankfully Neville is back to his crazy lunatic self. I will definitely return and recommend to another other Ojai local!”
“The reviews are all true! Dr. Kendra AND her staff are amazing. I drive over 3 hours total to get care and it is worth it. My little diva Marilyn had some dental issues and needed many extractions. Dr. Kendra and her team did an incredible job and Miss Marilyn is so happy and thankful!”
“The Annimal Doctor is a place you can trust to take care of your fur babies. The office is clean and the technicians and Doctor are very sharp. The office is clean and the staff is always friendly.”
“We’ve been to many vets but we love Buena vet and plan to keep coming here! The doctors and staff are amazing and do a great job! Highly recommend to anyone. Also very reasonable pricing!”
“We have been going to East Ventura Animal Hospital for over 20 years with all our animals.
The front desk is always friendly and very helpful.
Dr. Pelayo takes her time with all our animals and answers all our questions.”
“Their care for the animals is exemplary. Everybody is friendly, sympathetic and professional. We've taken our cats there over the last 25yrs and will keep coming back”
“I had to find a new veterinarian after seeing the same veterinarian for 25 years. I luckily ran into someone who had worked for my old vet and she recommended Dr. Bennett. I am so glad she did! He was awesome and everyone in the office that I came into contact with was amazing! I will definitely be bringing all my babies here!”
“Hey guys! I’m Little Foot. I called the wonderful team here to get their world class spa treatment. It was amazing. I had trouble getting shed off my face — if you look closely, you can see I sort of resemble the Phantom (from Phantom of the Opera) with the masked look I’ve got sporting. They set up this warm steamy plastic container for me to chill in for about 20 minutes. They have a world-class lizard manicurist here too, if anyone is looking! Everyone raves about her skills.
Mom here! Service was professional and has a really chill vibe here. Highly recommend this place.
Check them out. I give them five claw stars!”
“We’re so sad to be moving away after over 10 wonderful years with Ventura Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Marianne and Dr. A.J. have shown our dog exceptional care, compassion, and genuine love through every stage of life. Their prices are always reasonable, but what truly stands out is their warmth, kindness, and cheerful energy at every visit. I’ve recommended them to countless friends and family, and everyone has had the same amazing experience. It’s rare to find vets this dedicated — we’ll miss them deeply and are so grateful for everything they’ve done for our family.
With love, Auggie ?”
“Dr. Moore has cared for all of my pets. Moore vet care quickly and accurately diagnosed and treated my parrot’s broken wing. He is healed now and has normal function of his wing. My bulldog gets regular vaccines and annual checkups and she loves the staff! Dr. Moore is very knowledgeable on exotic pet care and I trust her whenever my rabbit has any health issues. My babies are happy and healthy thanks to the amazing team.”
“After trying another vet that failed to remove all foxtails from my dog’s paw, I called here and they were able to get our dog in super fast for surgery. I was blown away by the level of customer service, attention to detail and their willingness to get him in asap. Great local business. Thank you Dr. Sallen!! My husband and I appreciate you and your staff :)”
“East Ventura Animal Hospital has been so amazing. I have a 6 month old puppy who broke her toe and Dr Pelayo and the office staff has been amazing and is so kind and caring for our puppy. Would highly recommend this animal hospital for your fur babies.”
“Everyone here is so kind, and they remember my cat every time I take her in and it's clear they care about her and her comfort! Also a special thank you to Dr. Edison for being so amazing, and really taking the time to explain everything and listen to my concerns. You guys are awesome!”

“We were driving through Ojai and my sister from Oklahoma remembered Morgan's. She was telling us about how wonderful the carriages were and how wonderful Morgan's was. She has a carriage and in the past bought supplies from Morgan's Carriage when she came to visit family in Ventura County. We were treated nicely and given a small tour. Pat talked to her and answered her questions and reminisced about old memories. It was a great experience.”
