“Dr. Fallon Haig is a wonderful vet. She worked on my young TB who needed chiropractic care and he responded beautifully. It truly helped him. She took care of my old guy who needed teeth removed because of EORTH. He sailed through the procedure after a night spent in a comfortable environment. The follow up instructions were clear and well written. The staff is wonderful and caring and quick to answer any and all questions3. “Dr. Miller is the best and I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking help for their fur babies. My fur baby was recently diagnosed with pyometra which is a life threatening condition. She was diagnosed at an emergency care clinic in Ventura which quoted me 10,000 for an emergency surgery. I was devastated and unsure of what to do, I called my sister who recommended Dr. Millers office. I called and Michelle the receptionist was very nice and helpful. Knowing that Dr.miller had a very tight schedule and was about to leave town, he still prioritized her emergency surgery and was able to do her surgery within that week. The price was also very reasonable, I am very grateful for Dr. Miller and all the staff that attended us, they are all very nice people who truly do care about our fur babies. Thank you so Dr. miller, you are a true hero! I will definitely be bringing my fur baby here from now on.”

“I have a four month old American Bully puppy named Milo, and I have been bringing him to Mercy Crusade since he was eight weeks old. In my opinion, this is the best place to bring your fur babies. All of the staff here have been so friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. On top of that, all the staff are so sweet to Milo. I haven't had any issues with their walk-in services, nor with appointment scheduling at all. Lastly, doctor Rogers is by far absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgeable and informative, and you can just tell that she really cares about the people and their pets. If you want a great pet clinic with staff who you can trust, very reasonable pricing, along a great vet experience for your pet, then this is the place to go. Thank you, Mercy, Crusade!”

“Typical PETCO! The only difference is they have marine fish and inverts but be cautious and inspect before buying; especially if there's a Tang in there. The only PETCO in Ventura County that sells marine fish and invertebrates.Employees need to be better trained to care for their animals; poor living conditions and habitats. Incapable fish are mixed with aggressive fish which causes stress and possible death.The only thing saving from a horrible is their employee name John. He is always helpful, polite and tentative to the customers. OUTSTANDING customer service and I've seen do everything in the store.”
“We have been going to all vet care for a few years but our last visit there with Dr. C was fabulous she listened to us to what we had been using and came up with another solution to my dogs (goldens) problem.
