“I had such an amazing experience with Jim. The quote was estimated in about 15 minutes and I received the paperwork the very next day. Not having a second vehicle I was prepared to drop my car off and walk the 30 minutes home. Jim and his wife insisted it was way too far, and far too hot for me or my pooch to make the walk home. The couple pulled one of their men from a project and drove me and my huge 90lbs Rottweiler home. 3 days later my car was ready (I was quoted 2 weeks by multiple other ships in town) and in better condition than I had ever thought. The new tail gate matches perfectly and they even popped out a dent in the bumper from the cars previous owner that wasn't in the estimate at all, literally returning my car back to me better than I bought it.
