“I rarely give Five Stars but I'd give more if I could. I will say I've only been here twice, years apart, but each time I leave 100% satisfied. They're very friendly, unlike another Garage in Oakdale, are very honest, explain exactly what your vehicle needs, are very quick, deliver on time and prices are very reasonable if not the best in the city, again unlike another Garage in Oakdale that I won't name. The first visit I just knew I needed a rebuilt transmission, according to others, so we saved up a little and took it into Auto Tech. I arrived home and started making arrangements for a rental when Auto Tech called, told me they were finished and the total was $38 for the oil change. Apparently on the last oil change at Quickie Lube they didn't tighten the oil can enough and it was leaking. Auto Tech could've easily taken me for a few thousand more. This past visit my alternator gave out and I was given a number to call for repairs by AAA. I called the other Garage in Oakdale, they were not only rude on the phone but told me they couldn't even touch it for another 17 days. Thank God I remembered Auto Tech, they were very welcoming on the phone and said it would be done in three days, they are wrong, it only took two days! I'll never go anywhere else ever again. Any and all motor needs for myself and my family will be taken to Auto Tech and Not to any other Oakdale Garage 's.”

“AutoZone/ Oakdale always has good customer service! On 6/22/2026 was no different. Brenda P. Is who helped me that day. Brenda was professional and courteous and patient. Brenda assisted me with an issue of having no lights working on the passenger side of car. She was able to see that the plug was not connected and that made my day because I now have lights working! AutoZone for the win again!!!”

“I had such an amazing experience with Jim. The quote was estimated in about 15 minutes and I received the paperwork the very next day. Not having a second vehicle I was prepared to drop my car off and walk the 30 minutes home. Jim and his wife insisted it was way too far, and far too hot for me or my pooch to make the walk home. The couple pulled one of their men from a project and drove me and my huge 90lbs Rottweiler home. 3 days later my car was ready (I was quoted 2 weeks by multiple other ships in town) and in better condition than I had ever thought. The new tail gate matches perfectly and they even popped out a dent in the bumper from the cars previous owner that wasn't in the estimate at all, literally returning my car back to me better than I bought it. Hopefully I won't be seeing Jim and his shop anytime soon but I know if the need arises I'm in good hands. A+++++”

“Back in May we had to get one of our classic cars towed unexpectedly. Michael did a 5 star job! He took really great care of our car and was very knowledgable. He was also very kind and easy to talk to. The reason I gave four stars had to do with the time it took to get to our location, that would fall back on AAA dispatch. Michael called me as soon as we got off the phone with AAA. He let me know his location and the ETA, it was almost 1.5hrs. Not his fault (he was far out from his last call), he was very upfront and honest, which we appreciated. I would do business because of Michael again, he provided great customer service. My husband really enjoyed talking to him.”

“I was just in there and bought a bulb for my left headlight. Diego greeted me with good morning as soon as he saw me while he was ending his transaction before me. He went out and installed the bulb for me. I have also had my windshield wipers put on by the courteous people here. I would never go anywhere else for my car needs just because of the help I was provided at these times. You remember these kind gestures. Diego is an asset to this store.”

“My husbands truck was broken into a few weeks ago, breaking the lock. We called A and A Auto Body. Mike did a great job of repairing the damage at a very fair price. While we were there I asked about changing a headlight bulb in my car. Mike changed both bulbs at no charge, really very generous people. Today the passenger door on my 14-year-old Hyundai refused to open, again Mike came to the rescue and fixed the problem at a fair price. The owners Mike and Kathy take​ pride in their work really are all about the customer satisfaction.”

“Certified Collision Center, Oakdale, is excellent and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. My car was hit and my insurance wanted to total it, but I wanted it repaired. Certified Collision Center not only repaired it perfectly, but also buffed out a cloudy headlight as a courtesy. My car looks new. My insurance company haggled them over pricing and delayed repairs, so I had to wait for the insurance company to pay them before it could be completed.
