“I was looking for Western Wear, so I decided to come to Oakdale the city of cowboys. The customer service here is excellent Michelle and Kim were the ladies that helped me. I have been out of Western stores for a little bit and I had no idea what my pants size was. I asked the ladies and they were right on target. I went to another Western store Boot Barn the customer service was not nice and the prices are a lot more expensive than Bucksworth I think. Too bad that the inventory was low. I was told that during the month of January and February it's the lowest inventory. I will come back again. I did find me a super cute dress. They also told me about others Western stores around Oakdale the City. That is excellent customer service. Thank you I will come back again.”

“I went to buy a black suit today. The person who helped me was very attentive and greeted me when I came in the store. She took my measurements and listen to my needs. Afterwards, she picked out a couple of jackets for me to try on, and I chose a suit from that. They were able to do a hymn by the next day, so I had a new suit for a wedding I was going to. I also picked up a pair of socks, a tie, and a shirt. The shirt they didn’t have the one I wanted there, but she found it in the city next to us at their Men’s Wearhouse and had them put it on hold. I always appreciate good customer service.”

“I went to Koh's over the weekend to look for pants and capris. I had trouble finding my size and asked a sales clerk a question. The sales clerk, Emily went out of her way to assist me. She not only answered my question, she took time to help me find my size and provided details on the various jeans. She carried a coversation with me and made me feel very comfortable.
