“This transaction, the conversation, and the convenience of everything was unbelievable.
Not only did I reserve my unit online, but they were so pleasant.
I was able to open an account online, get 50% off for first 3 months, but there was no admin fee, or forced extra renters insurance.
Plus, they furnished my lock.
Super duper service.
They are only open from noon until 5 pm, but..
they are installing electric gates so that customers can come and go as they need.
I seriously have not dealt with any business that ran so smoothly and I would recommend Purely Storage to anyone.

“I've rented with IPM for about 12 years. They are always quick with repairs. I've never once had a problem with them. I usually go in when we need something fixed and it's scheduled as soon as they can. If it's an emergency like a plumbing issue in a holiday, they call and get someone out really quickly. I had to have a plumber come on Easter Sunday and it was no problem. The only thing is they have to abide by the home owner. The main line to the sewer needs replaced in this home but the home owner won't do it. So we have the plumber come out to deal with the tree roots. It's not IPM's fault the home owner won't replace things.”

“I love this storage place with the old owners and the new owners. It stays clean. I've never had an issue with anything being broken into or any things stolen and no one's ever given me any attitude. If I have a family trip we're going on and need to grab some stuff at hours of non operation, all I have to do is call and they'll arrange some kind of plans.”
