I've been shopping at this location for years and decided to try the Vons app for the first time. Christine was very courteous when I didn't understand how to use the app and even helped me find the item I was looking for that was on sale. She is an exemplary asset to the company.
On a side note: I have been looking for Italian and Taco Ground Turkey for some time and used to be able to get it at this location, but it doesn't seem to be stocked anymore at least for several months now. I'm hoping they'll bring these back.
My only real complaint: The men's restroom needs work... like deep cleaned top to bottom. New urinal cakes, etc.

Elia was so fast and helpful, she honored a dean even though she didn't have to. She's working so hard on a weekend with one other employee and doing a great job keeping things moving. I want her to know I see you and I'm grateful!

I am a Dasher and this is one of my favorite stores now. This morning when I went in for a order two ladies helped me with 3 orders I had. To be honest they are so organized and have great team work. The evening seems harder to get help as quickly but I understand they have way more customers and orders. With thier help it helps get things to customers promptly and fast. Which is very important especially if they order frozen and fresh foods.

Prices are quite high here. But online coupons and periodic discounts help. Produce section is usually good/fresh. Powdered baking chocolate powder was out of stock. I found rhat unusual. That is a basic baking ingredient.

A stalwart stop on the trip into the south entrance of Yosemite National Park. They have everything you could need at reasonable prices. Even prepared sushi, bakery items and such. Pharmacy area with OTC medicines, comprable to CVS. Took off a star for the sometimes eccentric clientele. Last time I was there, a couple were having a loud argument in an aisle and a woman was giving away puppies out the front.

Big store picked up some cut up fruit price was good buy 2 get one free. Well I see why for the price fruit was already going bad and you could see it but gave it a chance I was a sucker one small container was ok out of 3 never again too bad this app dose not ask more questions

Customer service is not the best, there is often unpacked boxes in most every aisle. The staff are mediocre, and appear to hate being there. The meat department is the only department that appears organized and friendly.

Nice full service grocery store. Appears to be the biggest most complete grocery store in the area. Part of Albertsons,so our Jewel discount worked here.
