It places residents near major companies, boutique firms, and legendary venues. The building itself is lovely, with well-designed units optimized for space efficiency, rooftop views, and a courtyard fireplace. Residents report great experiences, with friendly neighbors and staff working daily to meet resident needs. Issues are typically resolved through communication or renters insurance. Maintenance requests are handled within a 24-hour period, and many feel safe living there. However, following a change in building ownership, some residents have noticed more things breaking down and messes in common areas, missing the previous cleanliness and orderly feel. While the new leasing team has big shoes to fill, past interactions with leasing agents have been described as incredible, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and personable, contributing positively to the community. Overall, it remains a recommended building offering much of the best Oakland has to offer.
I’ve lived here about a month now and love it! It’s great living close to the lake and the staff is great, Isabella and Dominique have been so helpful with all my questions! I love having a balcony and modern appliances and the terrace is nice as well.
