Daniel was extremely rude and agressive. Trying to force me to pay for the 17 $ protection and insinuating that the phone I order could be damaged before I even get it and that it would be my responsibility. He then proceeded to have a attitude asking why I wanted the 15 pro max instead of the 16 and then being rude when I asked to have the phone shipped

I had an appointment at 2 PM to upgrade my phone. Been an AT &T customer for about 40 years. It took an hour to get help and then it was a person just off disability who had to borrow someone else’s “code”. One person went to lunch as I came in. Haven’t seen her in an hour. Seems to be only one person working. Why do they even have appointments?

Super helpful. Got me set up with a new phone quickly and even saved me some money by reviewing my account. The sales rep pushed some upgrades without pressure, I declined. Great store.

It took over an hour and 1/2 to get help. The environment is not sensory friendly. Loud music, strong air freshener aroma, and fluorescent lights 😒

Sydnee and Rob were wonderful in helping me navigate a complicated phone upgrade. They advocated for me and took their time to ensure I had the best possible support. They were also flexible with me given that I had a small baby with me! Thank you!

TURN DOWN THE MUSIC PLEASE!!!! It’s like 1000% too loud in here. No one needs music blasting at an ATT store. The staff (Saul helped us) is great and helpful, but this music is unforgivable.

The staff here are super helpful, but oh my god the music is SO loud. We asked the guy helping us “hey can you turn it down?” And he was super apologetic but apparently it’s set by corporate!? If they turn it down it gets automatically turned up? It feels silly to complain about but given you might end up waiting a while while you’re being helped it’s genuinely annoying and uncomfortable. Turn the music down??? I’m not here to be in the club, I’m here to get my phone number updated.
