My iPhone 16 “seized up“ and wouldn’t suddenly work and got frozen and I was trying not to panic and I just was at the Lakeshore store in Oakland and Daniel was just calm and phenomenal intelligent and I he “saved the day“ so hats off to Daniel and AT&T!
