I witnessed some incredibly unprofessional and disturbing behavior from an AT&T employee at the Fruitvale Station store. A female employee had parked her car in a fire lane, and when a security officer politely asked her to move it, she responded by giving him two middle fingers instead of complying. This kind of disrespectful and inappropriate behavior reflects very poorly on AT&T. I hope the company addresses this issue seriously.

I have been through the runaround. I’ve been to three different AT&T stores, and finally the store knew how to get what I needed. The manager, Alex set me straight. He corrected my name after another location in Alameda butchered it. Even after I told Samuel that wasn’t my name, and now I couldn’t do many things with my account. However, if it wasn’t for Chris, who was trained properly, and knew to seek his manager to help me with my situation after it being a simple fix. Then Enrique Brandon has a great personality, and is like the life of the party. This location is a 10 out of 10 recommend! If you’re seeking phone service with AT&T, come here! Mic drop.

This store is extraordinary- Well managed, very knowledgeable, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure my questions and concerns were answered. They greet all who walk in with a smile.
They never make you wait to long. And keep you posted while you wait with approximate time.
I am always happy when I leave.
