It is a great place to get beer, wine, and more, often with amazing and wonderful customer service where employees provide polite and helpful assistance. The selection, however, may not be as extensive as other stores, potentially requiring a trip to a different location. While shopping is designed to be fun, the checkout process can be frustrating with long lines due to only one cashier being open. Despite occasional service inconsistencies, many customers highly recommend it for its helpful staff and easy-to-find items.

1st off. I love Oakland but one has to be smart. I suggest going early. It opens at 9 am. Customer service is polite, eager to help & may even offer suggestions. It offers an assortment of 0.0% non-alcoholic beer. Enjoy responsibly. Cheers.🍻
