Long long wait for non appointments. Miss Iris in the front is feisty but extremely helpful.I recommend AAA and making an appointment.Extra parking lot in the back.Gets even busier during MidDay (lunch).

My favorite DMV in the bay so far,the African American lady is so nice,the the African American gentleman too,they work at camera section and they love to help everyone,especially new immigrants,elder folks etc which really touches my heart. The Hispanic lady didn't follow up for the customers,she could've done it better... read full comment
