The black lady with glasses in the front is an awful person. Yelling at me in a condescending manner in front of everyone. I am completely new to the DMV situation and had no idea how to do anything. When I asked a clarifying question, that seemed to have ticked her off. She proceeded to turn to the customer she was serving before me and they had a conversation about "how it's been a long day" and said "THIS is why I need to go home." referring to me. I am appalled, I have never experienced an employee blatantly complain about me, IN FRONT OF ME. If you don't enjoy customer service and are going to be bitter, why are you doing this job? How miserable are you to take it out on someone you only have to speak to for 30 seconds? She deserves to be fired.

In 2022, I called DMV and they said when I paid the registration which can waive my penalty, but the agent in this DMV told me with a very rude tongue which I need to pay in full and send the refund form to Sacramento!Now it is 2024, I still did not receive any updates towards this issue. And no DMV agents over the phone or website can help me with that. I think my money are used by them for their personal enjoyment! Feel so sad and angry!

Long long wait for non appointments. Miss Iris in the front is feisty but extremely helpful.I recommend AAA and making an appointment.Extra parking lot in the back.Gets even busier during MidDay (lunch).

My favorite DMV in the bay so far,the African American lady is so nice,the the African American gentleman too,they work at camera section and they love to help everyone,especially new immigrants,elder folks etc which really touches my heart. The Hispanic lady didn't follow up for the customers,she could've done it better I mean.

I had a registration issue at the DMV, and despite my request for assistance, the employee named Nora tried to dismiss me. When I asked for the manager, Nora said it couldn't be done and provided the manager's number, but her attitude changed when the recording started, and she gave me a queue number. When I mentioned wanting to speak to the manager, everyone claimed to be the manager. Unprofessional location, avoid visiting.

Lady DMV staff in Window 22 working during time frame for 10-10:30am of 1/9/24. Extremely rude to people she thinks she can disrespect people because her help is need. Has the foul mouth and bad manners. I hope you'll retire soon as you dont fit to talk to people.This same lady is probably the reason for a poor review here. You are ghetto old mean lady that doesn't belong to the customer service world. You're a shameto the dmv and your family. May you continue living your lonely life that you deserve

#0 . 10-20 8-23 went to AAA to renew my sticker and says I was locked out of the computer at DMV #1 10-30-23 DMV California paid $826 for sticker fees DMV response even though you sent in a letter saying it was not operational you can't trust the DMV so you have to pay $823 Then you can go to AAA and they will reinstate you #1A DMV's A- LFD look REAL ID DMV 10-30 TH ALSO FILLED OUT THE REAL ID 2 MO 17 DAYS LATER HAVE NOT RECEIVED ID #2 12 - 7-23 PROOF registered with progressive insurance NAIC number is 16322 Policy number is 975 508 764 12 - 8-23 went to AAA still locked out of the computer #3 California title #4 no engine number I looked in the manual, and I am sending a copy of the page has only key identification number, and vehicle I identification number no engine number in manual #5 three pages proof of motel insurance The website is very difficult to negotiate and does not let me request answers pertaining to service. Therefore, I have to mail it in and notified by Internet.
