“The guys at My Emergency Guy recently helped us with repairing the screen of our Dell Inspiron 15 3000 and diagnosed the issue with our Google Pixel 8. Everyone is personable and professional. Thank you for your honest assessment and fair pricing. We will be coming back soon to discuss issues with our other mobile device.”

“Gary was incredibly helpful. He made a house-call, quickly assessed that I didn't need a professional repair, advised me on how to take care of the problem, and didn't charge anything. I thought I was getting a phone repair and instead I had my faith in humanity restored : )”

“Danny is honest, super friendly, and very knowledgeable. Fair prices. He fixed my phone when it was stuck in a reboot loop so I could trade it in. Basically saved me $800 for the trade in at at&t.”

“Excellent service. Soula deserves credit for her skill and ability to meet deadlines. I brought in a very niche rugged phone, but Soula was able to replace the screen, all within the agreed time (less, I was late to give her the replacement screen). I was on the bench on the rate, but if there was a cheaper place, I would still pick this location for their quality work and customer service.”
