“Had a really great experience at Kemo Wireless. The owner was incredibly cool, honest, and helpful, and you can tell he genuinely wants to build his business and grow within the community. He came across as someone you can trust, which goes a long way when you’re dealing with phones, computers, and repairs. The shop itself is clean, beautiful, and very well kept. I really hope more people in the community discover this place and support it. Definitely a local business worth checking out, and I’ll absolutely be back.”

“Gary was incredibly helpful. He made a house-call, quickly assessed that I didn't need a professional repair, advised me on how to take care of the problem, and didn't charge anything. I thought I was getting a phone repair and instead I had my faith in humanity restored : )”

“Excellent service. Soula deserves credit for her skill and ability to meet deadlines. I brought in a very niche rugged phone, but Soula was able to replace the screen, all within the agreed time (less, I was late to give her the replacement screen). I was on the bench on the rate, but if there was a cheaper place, I would still pick this location for their quality work and customer service.”

“Hussien was amazing!! My wife and I came into the store to get a new phone and phone plan. He was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to help us and get us exactly what we needed. He even had the phone we were looking for, when no other store did. I will make sure to come to this store because of his excellent service. Even though there is one much closer to my home. Thank you Hussien, definitely 5 stars!!”

“Michael Z, the manager at this store, did an outstanding job resolving my issue. As a first time customer of AT&T, I was about to give up on this company. Long story that includes online purchase during Black Friday, cancellations on orders without my approval, UPS delivery of box without the iPhone 17 (seems like an inside job at UPS with double taping of the package), multiple security and fraud checks, and countless hours on the phone with multiple managers. It's almost like ATT does not want my business! ALERT: If your phone is stolen during the delivery process, the ATT process makes you feel blamed as if you are the criminal. Despite multiple explanations to service reps, it doesn't appear that they document. Fraud team denies requests. Enter Michael Z. His efficiency, quickness, patient, caring and customer service approach won me back to give a last chance. I can't say the same of the workers at other branch stores. Moving forward, should I have any more issues with ATT, I will be coming in store to work with Michael. Come to this shop if you want a smooth experience.”

“I am full of appreciation for sales rep., Nancy Abadio who went the extra mile to assist me with opening a new account and with me bringing my own phone for activation. Her patience towards me and my lack iPhone savvy was praise worthy. She also helped me by wiping the previous owner's data. I've been to Verizon and AT&T and did not receive anything near the customer service Nancy produced. I was fortunate to come into this Cricket branch to find a kind and friendly young lady ready and willing to help me . I will recommend Nancy to all who need Cricket wireless service.”

“The man helped me fix my phone and it worked perfectly until one day it stopped working. The man was kind enough to let me know it was because my phone had been bent before the repair ( from another accident not from this store) and he offered to fix and replace the screen. The phone is now in perfect condition. The pricing is excellent and he is very easy to work with. I will recommend to friends and family.”

“I had an excellent experience with Ali at Metro by T-Mobile. He went above and beyond to help me get an iPhone 15 for free from T-Mobile by only paying the taxes, which saved me a significant amount of money compared to buying the phone outright. He also helped reduce my monthly bill, making the entire process even more worthwhile. Ali was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all of my options clearly. I truly appreciate his outstanding customer service and honesty. If you're visiting this Metro by T-Mobile store, I highly recommend asking for Ali. Thank you for making the experience easy and stress-free!”
