My customer experience was a nightmare. I was charged a fast track fine even though I connected the car to my account before I even drove away from the location. I was due a refund, I called to inquire when? They said they refunded the balance due, I spoke to Tyrone who ensured me he would look into it and give me a call back, needless to say that never happened. I called back the next day and Tyrone said he would refund the balance due, and it would process within 2 days. I returned the vehicle on May 31st, why am I still dealing with this. I guess my time & energy doesn't count for anything, but if you bring their car back after the time it's due they charge you for a whole day. Make it make sense! Customer Service is at an all time low at this location, I'll go anywhere before I deal with Enterprise again. If I could have given 0 stars I would have! My time is equally as important, the customer matters! Chris R? What was the purpose of if commenting? That link is useless! As if I want to waste more of my time chatting with a representative who doesn't care! I've had enough of the run around, pass the buck, empty apologies from Enterprise to last me a lifetime. Thanks for wasting more of my time!

Did not have the car I reserved and prepaid for. Left me stranded with no way to get where I needed to go. 2nd time this has happened. Employees are nice but the Manager had an âoh well whateverâ attitude.

Did not have a good experience. When we arrived were told we needed proof of insurance to decline their insurance coverage. We weren't told this when we reserved, so we didn't think to bring it. However, then we were told just bring in proof of insurance when returning the car, we'd receive a credit. But when we returned the car, a different person told us we couldn't get a credit. So we lost $300.00 based on false information. I don't what their policy is, just communicate accurately.

I always have an amazing experience when renting from my local enterprise. The staff is always so kind and accommodating. Even when there are a ton of people waiting to be helped, everyone is so calm and courteous.

I reserved a SUV for 6/27/24 however when I arrived there were absolutely no SUVâs available. I was nervous that I would have to cancel my trip BUT Deja called probably every Enterprise in the area and although it took awhile she found me a car! She went above and beyond and embodied excellent customer service keeping me updated along the way. She is such a gem to have and every employee should take a Deja Vu :) class on how to provide excellent customer service. Everyone at Enterprise in Oakland on Broadway were awesome including Alex who gave me a lift home. I am so appreciative and of course I will return in the future!

waste my time. I came 3 times and 2 times by reservation. No one can get help. Donât know whatâs need for reservation If have to wait a hour. ?
