Tiffany, the lady who works there, was incredibly knowledgeable, responsible, and truly passionate about her job. Even before I asked for help, she kindly stepped in and took care of everything for me—just because she noticed I seemed unfamiliar with the process. She printed out documents, explained what I needed to do, and gently walked me through every step. In fact, while teaching me, she did most of the work herself.
I truly hope that life always gives her the very best, as effortlessly as she gave her kindness and care to me. She’s a rare and beautiful soul who makes the world a better place just by being in it. I only wish I could do something big in return to show my appreciation.

Very helpful staff, especially Jo when it comes to personalized printing. I needed to print on a smaller size (5.75 x 8.75 in) paper sheet and Jo helped me with ease. Now, I'll only drop by when Jo is at the office because I've noticed this is a unique skill only a few people at FedEx locations possess.

AJ helped me out and was such a friendly dude I decided to leave a review. Came here for a passport photo after trying 3 other places. Very fast service, no line, got a digital photo on USB stick for $16.

Absolutely terrible customer service and the person i was talking to I’m pretty sure was the manager and he was the most demotivated person I’ve ever met. I just wanted to get a few prints but he was just giving me a hard time. I dont recommend coming here

I went in to FedEx to print off a return label for UPS. Yesterday I was part of layoffs and the asked me to return my equipment. I was waiting in line to use the self printing option and one of the associates came over and took me to a desk to print it off.
When I told him what it was for he apologized and being the person I am I deflected by saying it was all for the best. He went axstep further and printed it out for free.
This is what real human costumer service looks like. This is why it's important to not focus solely on AI. We had a human connection and he did something no AI could do and he understood and felt what I was going through.
I do PR and Consulting and this guy is a gem.
