Never thought I could be so pleased by a fedex. They cut up a bag so I didn’t have to purchase anything to make a return. Nice and helpful people.

valerie was so patient/helpful and taught me how to laminate some keepsakes. also had to print a shipping label and it was very easy/painless. location was clean and well stocked, staff were friendly, and wait times were minimal (though i did come on a wednesday morning and it may be busier during the afternoons)
