Don’t ship from this Fedex. Scammers!!!!!!I tried to send my stuff on April 15th. The woman who worked there was very unhappy, she roll her eyes several times and billed me 800 dollars for shipping a 6 pounds package. Ridiculous right? So I cancelled it right after i found out. I got the refund next day.HOWEVER!!!!! On the May 1st, there was a same amount transaction got off from my bank account, but this time, no refund, Lol. I didn’t even go to Fedex that day but they charged me 800. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. THEY GOT YOUR CARD INFO AND STEAL IT AND SECRETLY CHARGED MONEY FROM IT!!!!SCAMMERS!!! I HAVE TO EXPOSE WHAT YOU GUYS DO!!!!DO NOT SLIDE YOUR CARD ON THEIR POS MACHINES. and obviously, their service was really bad. Unhappy people work there.

I went in to FedEx to print off a return label for UPS. Yesterday I was part of layoffs and the asked me to return my equipment. I was waiting in line to use the self printing option and one of the associates came over and took me to a desk to print it off.When I told him what it was for he apologized and being the person I am I deflected by saying it was all for the best. He went axstep further and printed it out for free.This is what real human costumer service looks like. This is why it's important to not focus solely on AI. We had a human connection and he did something no AI could do and he understood and felt what I was going through.I do PR and Consulting and this guy is a gem.

Ian is an excellent manager and Kiraa is absolutely lovely! Very professional service in the heart of Oakland. And they process orders swiftly and professionally. The professionalism is what does it for me. I have not been to a FedEx Kinkos this good in years. God bless this team & location.

The print via email / using referral code service does not work at this location. They asked me to email my file to the store and they haven’t received it after 10 mins. Parking is also awful. If you are unlucky with street parking, the garage costs $4 per 15 mins. Total joke

My visit to the store today was facilitated by Loren who made the whole experience seamless, enjoyable, and quick! Loren made sure to double check all the relevant addresses and expertly walked me through the process. I really couldn't have done it without the exceptional service from Loren; Loren is truly a paragon of customer service!

I shipped 3 boxes of medical supplies back to manufacturer 3 days ago. It cost me over $300 for shipping and I only have 2 weeks to return in order to get my $ back. Today, I received one of the packages back to my address. Called customer service and it says the other 2 are arriving tomorrow. When it should take a week to arrive to NY. Now I have to go back to Fed Ex to correct their mistake and carry 40pds of package back to them again. I'm so frustrated.

Absolutely terrible customer service and the person i was talking to I’m pretty sure was the manager and he was the most demotivated person I’ve ever met. I just wanted to get a few prints but he was just giving me a hard time. I dont recommend coming here

I was in a real crunch and needed a photo enlarged on posterboard. When I explained my situation, they rushed my order and I got it the next day. They couldn't have been nicer and more professional. Cassandra was patient and professional. Loren is a real pro and got things moving, and fast! It was especially impressive since they are short staffed several people.

Ian and Kelly were very helpful printing out some signs. My friend needed signs printed out that morning for his wedding later that day. My friend called me to find a solution so I went to the shop and had one solution in mind. Ian found a much better solution for me and was able to get the signs completed for me right on time. The signs were fantastic. Great service. Went above and beyond what I was expecting.
