Home away from home. One of oaklands last artists, pirate, land of broken toy communities. We have fought hard against developers taking our community and making condos. Thanks to Silviera's properties and Robert Shultz and many tenants who have made this neighborhood what it is. Much respect

A nice view of the Bay. Lots of new construction going on. Don't know how much the rent is,but, still a nice part of Oakland.
