Exceptional experience at OAK! Wonderful reception, personalized escort to a beautiful brand new Mercedes 7 passenger which was requested about 10 hours in advance after a flight cancellation. Whatever you had to do to pull that off for me saved our week. Thank you Oakland Team and Hertz!

I chose Hertz to rent from because I always get vehicles that are the latest model that are clean, tank is full, and more importantly the no hassle pick up and drop off make it great when I am trying to get to various destinations. Hertz has it dialed in right!
