“We had a great experience with Alamo during our Phoenix trip, August 28–31. Stephanie welcomed us and was very helpful. She personally walked us to our rental car and made sure everything was taken care of.
When we returned the car, Calvin was also very friendly and helpful. He checked us in, asked if we had any concerns, and made sure we were satisfied.
Stephanie and Calvin both provided excellent customer service and deserve to be recognized. They made our Alamo experience easy and enjoyable. BTW, booked through Costco and pricing was great.”

I especially appreciated that the woman who gave us the car took the time to make sure we understood how to use features of the car we were unfamiliar with. The man and woman who checked the car back in could see that my wife was having trouble walking and they helped out with the bags and made sure we were pointed in the right direction to the airport shuttle.”

She greeted me with a wonderful energy, helped me work through a reservation issue on my end (not Hertz's fault at all), was so patient with my questions, and quickly helped me get a car even though my original reservation was for a different day (hertz wouldn't have known I was doing a pick-up that morning, so I wasn't even sure there would be a car). The whole interaction was enjoyable and I walked away happy.”

“Rent-a-relic was great! We rented the car for our trip to Yosemite for the week. Great prices, smooth experience, quality car, and friendly staff. The car was a Toyota Camry and had up to date navigation/car play center console. They kindly gifted the four of us each a Rent-a-Relic mug which was very sweet! Would recommend/return.”
