JJ Buckley Fine Wines is known for its outstanding customer service and easy ordering process. The staff is responsive and helpful, making it simple to buy both mid-range and high-end wines. They offer a great inventory, especially of champagne and rare bottles, with some of the best private client prices in town. Customers appreciate their solid selection, decent pricing, and efficient logistics, including easy pick-up options. Many have ordered hundreds of bottles over the years and find their service reliable and convenient. Despite some negative reviews, most customers feel that JJ Buckley provides great value, good prices, and a smooth shopping experience, whether ordering online or picking up in-store.
I have been working with JJ Buckley since 2019. My Private Client advisor, Mark Mendoza, is absolutely amazing. Great knowledge and insights, and his response time to communication is incredible.
