Me and a friend of mine have been trying to make a payment for over 5 hours. Its ridiculous they make you hold and then they hang up on you. All day we've been trying to pay these people money and they wont take it! If you are considering these folks for your loan or what not DON'T go somewhere else!

Great bank. Friendly and helpful tellers. They provide notary service. Also free coffee and dog treats for our furry friends.

I went in to make a large withdrawal so I quietly asked the teller for the amount but he was very indiscreet and there is no security here. It’s Oakland CA I wouldn’t take a chance here again.
