Everything But Hugs & Kisses is located in the heart of Downtown Oakland. This area continues to be a growing area for business, with an emphasis on art, and culture. Just half a block down from the Fox Theater, Everything But Hugs & Kisses brings a new experience for food and drinks. With the ownerships' rooted background in the Lao Culture, we serve Lao cuisine fused with American favorites. The menu will display a true fusion between Lao Cuisine combined with Western American foods that everyone in the local area has grown to love.
