Oakland Rentals is a business with courteous, mellow, friendly, helpful, and super knowledgeable staff. They are amazing and highly recommended. They have every large tool you need for nearly all of your fixing and creating projects, and they are the only place that had the tool needed. The staff is willing to impart their knowledge to beginners, taking time to demonstrate how to properly use various tools and acting as excellent instructors. They help problem-solve what tool to use, give indispensable advice and tips, and even recommend cheaper options. They show understanding and flexibility with payment options and return dates. Prices are very reasonable, with a better rate sometimes given, and a Saturday rental can be returned by Monday morning for only a day's charge. Their tools, help, and guidance can save thousands of dollars. Hours are short, from 7am to 2pm, but it is best to get a hold of a human being on-site by phone. They are a class act of a business, providing a great experience all the way around, and customers will definitely be back.
As a contractor , finally stopped in here for the first time over home depot or all star rentals . This is the place you need to rent your tools from . Oakland Rentals provides excellent service. I needed a scissor lift on emergency basis they were the only ones who were able to accommodate me. From the person on the phone to the delivery driver they were very polite and friendly l. I will definitely be using them for all my Oakland job sites moving forward.
