They worked with my oldest son to figure out what sizes of lumber he should purchase for his Eagle project so that they could cut it from larger pieces to save him money. They also gave him a student/community service discount. My younger son recently went in early at 7:30am on a Friday morning to get lumber for a school project and they again told us the most cost effective sizes and quality of boards to purchase and then cut it for him. I dropped him at school with the cut lumber by 8:30am. I know we were lucky that they were not busy that morning, but it was just so awesome that they could and did help us so quickly. There was a small mixup with the equipment and I had to go back to exchange which was no problem. I got the right equipment and used it beyond my rental period (I extended it). When I returned, the workers who were also very professional and polite met me at the car to help unload the piano board. When I checked out with the gentleman at the register, he actually refunded part of the rental price (even though I extended it) because of the initial mix up in the beginning. I move pianos often and will be coming back here. I recommend this business discount aside, as they are friendly, helpful and professional which is important to me. This place nailed it for me.
