“I come here because the location is convenient and the prices are reasonable. For my 210 Kia forte, a regular synthetic oil change cost $55. If I wanted full synthetic it would have cost me $80. They are fast with my oil change and they show me the clean oil on the dipstick at the end. They check the other fluid levels and refill my windshield washing fluid as well as vacuuming my air filter. I have been coming here for years and enjoy the service and experience. They also take card”

“I needed to get my brakes inspected since I felt my car stopping abilities just weren't up to snuff for these Oakland roads. Had noticed this shop while we were walking towards our pho stop. Seemed like a decent family shop to take my care in. It's located in an inconspicuous area. The owner greeted me and proceeded to address my questions. They charge $80 for a safety inspection and that seemed reasonable since I would never dare take it to a shop fear of getting bamboozled being a female. I knew I needed new brakes and rotors. He honestly told me only the front rotors need replacement since my back rotors are still functional. (If I went anywhere else that's not the response I would get.) They provided a reasonable quote for the replacements compared to the other shops that I got quotes from the area. I deserted my car and 5 hours later my was car ready. Granted that I got no where to go these days my car is running great as expected. I'm definitely coming back for my car needs. Rare to find friendly honest businesses nowadays especially to trust my car with.”
“Just got my BMW x3 serviced here , they were very thorough with their inspection and also letting me know what’s wrong with the car , I came in already knowing some of the problems , but was great to know they also see those problems and also others , they were able to walk me through the steps to getting it fixed , , they also have a great response with emails sending you a link , where you can check the progress of the maintenance, and I thought that was cool , and also if they need to add more things , in that link you can approve or decline the changes , was super cool and easy , definitely going to be coming back here ! Reasonable price as well! For all the work that got done . I’m just happy to get my car working perfectly again ??”

“I was in immediate need of service to my car, and couldn't drive it back to San Francisco where I live as the car was overheating. I work up the street from the business and found them when I searched for nearby auto repair shops. Their reviews were great, so I called them and was told that I could drop my car off after getting out of work. They kept my car safe for the night and had it ready for me the next day. They easily diagnosed my problem and fixed it without delay. Needless to say, I was very grateful and relieved. Customer service here was friendly and I felt that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend them.”
