The staff are consistently friendly, warm, and helpful, treating customers and their pets like family. Many are big dog lovers, offering outstanding and caring customer service that makes people feel very welcomed and appreciated. The store provides a dog wash service that makes bathing easy, especially for large dogs. The pet wash stations are clean and well-stocked with many towels and dog treats. Staff are proactive, offering private wash stations and helpful items like waterproof collars. The equipment, including a comfortable lukewarm rinse and a warm air dryer, ensures a smooth and positive experience. While parking in the small shopping center can fill up, the store has a great selection of dog food and treats. It offers promotions, such as getting one item free when buying three of certain food items. On Saturdays, a VIP Pet Care vet clinic is hosted, with staff providing chairs for waiting customers. The workers are awesome. Not sure what it is about this location specifically but i’ll pass up on locations closer to me just to come to this one. Friendly and very helpful
