Precision Motors is a top notch auto repair shop known for its amazing service, professional work, and friendly staff. Customers are seriously impressed with their work ethic and knowledge, which rivals bigger shops in the Bay Area. The team is efficient, reliable, and consummate professionals who really care about the work they do for others. They provide fast, high-quality repairs, often completing jobs like wheel bearings or a failed starter within a day, with turnaround times that match their estimates. The shop is praised for diagnosing even difficult and complex problems with ease. Customers highlight the shop's honesty, noting they had opportunities to charge for unneeded work but provided excellent service at affordable and incredibly reasonable prices instead. Many drive away very, very happy. The service extends beyond repairs, with staff going above and beyond, such as helping arrange tows, staying late to secure a vehicle, and sending pictures for peace of mind. Bills often come in less than the original estimate. Specializing in European makes like BMW and Mercedes Benz, they are highly recommended as awesome mechanics and a trusted go-to shop for vehicle maintenance and repair.
Wow! My MMI screen went blank. They checked it out and found some blown fuses. They literally wanted to charge me nothing. The honesty only is worth any amount of money. They found a customer for life in me. Thank you!!

I cannot recommend this place enough! Fast, friendly, and professional service.
They easily helped me with something that 3 other shops made sound much more complicated than it was.
