Yocasta, the manager of the facility has called me back and was very kind and very friendly in assisting in me in finding a solution to my concern.

(Original review: Concern was resolved kindly with Yocasta the manager of the facility in the above ⬆️ update. I’m unhappy with the massive rate increase per month of 34.73%. I have not received a call back yet to discuss this increase. I organized this storage and car rental from another state while residing in another state until I move back and collect my things. Therefore I can’t immediately move my things to a new storage facility in order to avoid this massive rate increase. I hope this office can see this and call me back to find a way to work with me on a solution here. Thanks)
