UPDATE! “LAURINA IS THE ONE BRIGHT SPOT! She smiled (with her eyes/mask), she greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and is just, in general, what a Receptionist used to be. It’s so weird that, simple common courtesy is well, weird”. This place simply lacks any component of customer service. If you have to go here, Do have your lab slips, Don’t have any expectations. Booo

I counted 4 phlebotomists. They are only taking appointments. No one is willing to take walk ins. Why have the option for a walk in if you really don’t take them??? They are not busy at all. It’s the morning during work hours. They keep saying we have appointments all day and don’t know how long the wait will be. I told them I’m fasting and if they could give me an idea that would be helpful. I wouldn’t come here if you are fasting and need labs done. Poor service.

The human interaction was great. My waiting time was short and the Customer Service was excellent. Yet, Quest's automated system made it difficult to speak with someone regarding changes in appointment obligations. The only option I was left was to reschedule for the next available date/time.

Despite appearing to be short on staff, a considerate lady with a short haircut (I regretfully forgot her name) recognized the urgency of completing my blood work on time. Knowing that an appointment would postpone my pre-surgery evaluation, she kindly took the initiative to draw my blood without any scheduled meeting. I'm deeply grateful for her assistance. Thank you!

Located in heart of Chinatown at Renaissance Plaza. Clearly a language barrier for seniors mostly Chinese and Vietnamese who don't speak English and aren't tech savy with the Check-in process thru the monitors. No front desk person was there to greet customers. Tons of elderly, confused clients, frustrated with appointments are anxiously waiting w no help for long periods.Make sure to come prepared with1. Medical cards,2. Proper identification card.3. The phone number you booked the appointment with.4. Your doctor's Quest Diagnostics form so they know what procudure to do on you. Fasting is also required for most blood tests. 10 hours of fasting is required.If u don't have the following items covered above. They can't help you. You will need to reschedule new appointment.
