All the staff at the Oakland Quest was so nice! (Unlike the staff at another company's lab that I visited recently.) I was greeted as soon as I entered the lobby and told where I could sign in. The other patients were also treated well, which made me happy

I went in with an appointment wait time was about 25 min after check in got called to the back and got my blood work done the young lady who took my blood was really nice make an appointment before going will save you time

My wait was less than 5 minutes. Staff very pleasant and efficient. She only had to poke once! (I have small veins)
