Why are you even giving appointments to people if you always end up being late, and patients are having to wait 30mins in your waiting room almost every time?

Efficient and easy, good location. Clean and orderly. Courteous staff. The display of the order of checked in patients and their respective appointment time is very helpful. The wait time is minimal vs appointment time.

Wish I got the name of my phlebotomist but he was so amazing! Really made the blood drawing process as quick and easy as possible, especially coming from someone with small veins and a fair few traumatizing experiences, I was out in under 20 minutes from walking in. Shout out to him!

Scheduled appointment online at Quest site. Very easy. Check-in was just as easy as it can be done via mobile. This is nice and convenient. My appt was shortly after check-in with just a few minutes wait time. Great job Quest!

What is the purposes of having an appointment when you still have to wait 30 mins to be seen? Walk ins were going ahead of me even though I had an appointment and had been waiting for 20 mins. How do walk-ins received care before a person with a scheduled appointment time?

I arrived without an appointment and made one on the spot for 30 minutes later as a walk-in. The process was easy and the staff was accommodating.

Much better at third visit. Check in via phone vs kiosk much better. Staff at entrance helped to confirm check in...good.
