ReCares is a community organization that supports people in need by taking medical device and supply donations and redistributing them at no cost. It is a valuable resource for items like walkers, wheelchairs, canes, diapers, depends, incontinence supplies, pads, and commodes. People can easily drive up and drop off donations, though they do not accept certain items like oxygen tubing or emesis bags when overstocked. The people who work and volunteer there are super sweet, generous with their time, and make sure to help get the right equipment for each need. The parking can be kind of hard and the lines can move a little slow, but the service is important. Donations come from those who have lost loved ones or have extra supplies. This work helps many, including caregivers and disabled people, providing necessary items for free. The community is thankful for this generous and appreciated resource.
Easy drive up and drop off. They do not accept oxygen tubing and said they have an overstock of emesis bags, so didn't want those either. I'm happy they exist.
