It's a good size store but the customer service desk is horrible. I waited almost 20 minutes for someone to help me and the guy that showed up was very unprofessional & huffing and puffing like he was upset to do his job. That's not okay.

No Self-Checkout
No Express Lane open
Two registers open but only one that's working
No one at the service counter
No one responding to the calls of the associate at the broken register.
One long line.
Many unhappy customers
Safeway sucks in general but this one - on this day - takes it to a whole new level. Miserable service and miserable management.

I would give zero stars if I could. This place is such a poorly run dump it should be shut down by every regulator in the country. The one checker can’t even figure out how to check people out. The whole place is locked down and staff aren’t around to let you through or obtain items. Half the fruit and veggies are rotten.

I had an issue with my receipt not being correct. The cashier said no, it is correct after trying to correct a refund due to a buy 2, get 3 free Coke product. I ended up having to go back another day and spoke to Manager Alex. He said don't worry, I will fix it for you. He did all the math and ended up getting my refund. He really took care of me. Great customer service and he was very respectful. He needs a promotion.

It's been a family's favorite spot for shopping for years now until they recently installed a very wierd security gates and turned the whole place into HOMELAND SECURITY HEADQUARTERS. I do not feel safe shopping at this location anymore which is rediculous. There's plenty of grocery outlets around the area including spouts and trader Joe's which offer quality products at a reasonable price. Safeway is not that special to be pushing away their customers like this in the name of item loss prevention. Members of the community please be advised and avoid this location if possible ?

Ridiculous lines almost every time. Reopen self checkout or hire an adequate number of cashiers. Don't buy frozen food here because it will likely melt by the time you checkout. This is the fault of safeway management btw not employees.

Everyone’s really friendly and the store is clean but they took away self check out and don’t seem to have the staff to replace it. So expect to take a long time waiting in line to check out!

The checkout lines have always been long and slow but self checkout with someone there to help made this location bearable. Went to do some quick shopping and saw they removed the self checkout. I don't think that will mean more employees at checkout lanes.

This here is not about Safeway but it is about a security that thanks he is a cop and owns the park plaza yesterday I spend 45$ in Safeway I eat I seat in plaza and I foult sleep out of nowhere comes a rude mf telling me I should leave and go back after security left I hope you ready this here that was comment by Moa ,like you say you piece of s ,when i say I'm going home he say yes go home or something like think i don't have a house no you sh ,I have is bldg with 20ap and 2 houses in my country and i rent my own apartment ,here people sometimes get tier but ,the rude mf will get his surprise soon not from me but he will know from who in other words the Moa made Safeway lost a costumer
