    fast and safe load, forklift drivers were nice. The woman that works the window inside was unpleasant.

    Kia was so kind and patient on the phone! I had so many questions and she calmly answered all of them and I got my product measured. She told me all of the fees upfront so I didn’t have “sticker shock” upon arrival. I’m sure pick up will go smoothly if the rest of the staff is as welcoming.
