Employees were helpful, but apparently UPS won't let me use their tape. Pretty silly to lose a customer over that.

UPS in my area is the bane of my existence. Any time I have a package being delivered by UPS, they don't even get out of the truck. I watch them stop outside the my house then I get an update that my package was undeliverable, then they drive away. Then I have to spend a week dealing with customer service because after that no-one seems to know where that package is. Is it at the customer center? Is it on a truck? Who knows! I get deliveries all the time. Amazon, USPS, FEDEX, even doordash. I don't understand how you can be a business with such terrible customer service.

This is a store that I felt would be neighborly. I went in and was waited on by Susan who was in a bad mood. I informed her she should watch her tone in how she respond to people it's not professional and friendly. She then said nothing is wrong with my tone and became argumentative. I came in for a quick copy but had to pay for bad unprofessional customer service. Then the rep next to Susan by the name of Mace had to say that she has a language barrier. I told her it's not her language barrier she is having a bad day. Tonicity, smile and coutesy Mace goes along way. Mace than wants to go back and forth with me argumentatively while she is waiting on someone else telling me to let it go and drop it. Mace you don't throw a log into a burning flame. You and Susan are very unprofessional and discourteous to customers. Apparently all the negative reviews this store gets says it all. Shantel as a manager you should want better for your store and train your employees on good customer service and not to be argumentative so that you can have repeater service and steady revenue.

They do fingerprinting walk up's, which is convenient for the area, and the management seems responsive and caring

The best and the fastest service giving UPS store.Staff is really AwesomeWhenever I go to this place every time The store is super-clean nicely organized.Staff is really very helpfull knowledgeable super assisting.I wish I live near this store.

This store has lost my Amazon returns twice! The first time, the staff I got on the phone was accommodating and helpful, even looking up my visit on the camera to confirm that I was indeed in the store and returned items. It took 12 days for my return to be processed through Amazon although the store never took accountability.Yesterday, I returned something and while I was given a receipt, I lost it. I called the store and went in only to be treated disrespectfully and extremely poorly by Shital, who claimed to be the owner and I learned she is not! I asked her to look at the camera footage like they did last time to confirm I made the return and she told me the cameras weren't working. I have taken the matter up with UPS and Amazon and would encourage you to use another location as they do not take accountability. I would rather drive 50 miles to another store than patronize the Piedmont Avenue one again.

This store has lost my Amazon returns twice and refuses to take any accountability. Shital, who claimed to be the owner and I found it she is not, was so rude and nasty it was truly unbelievable. With my first return on December 1, the store claimed they didn't accept it, however, it took 10 days to reflect on my Amazon account, so indeed they did take my return. A staff member even looked at the camera footage to confirm that I was in the store and made returns and still said they didn't accept my package. Yesterday, the same thing happened and while it was my responsibility for losing my receipt, when I asked Shital to look at the camera footage to confirm the return was made, she told me the cameras are not working. I was told, "If you lost your receipt, that is your problem, not ours!" I would rather drive 20 miles to find another UPS location than patronize the Piedmont Avenue store.

Bar none the best UPS store! Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Most of the time there is a line but the staff are well trained so it moves quickly.

NEVER EVER GO HERE. EVER. Unless you're doing a hands free Amazon dropoff. This is an INDEPENDENTLY OWNED STORE.I needed to return an Amazon item. There is a print shop. I mailed the packing slip to print, which is 0.35 per page, 1 page. I was quoted that price.When I arrived, it took them forever to find the email. They then printed it out. Charged me .35 and AN ADDITIONAL$5 handling fee for shipping cuz I had it printed out there. Further, I wanted to ship a 4 oz item to New York. I asked for the CHEAPEST RATE. I was quoted $26.00. I repeated asked for the CHEAPEST RATE. The item cost $14 with shipping.Online, the cheapest rate is $10.15.So, unless you are doing an absolute FREE dropoff for a return, DON'T GO THERE. Whomever owns this franchise has opted to capture profits by being not honest to customers.

Charged me $7.71 for tape I didn’t need to buy because store has a policy to discipline staff for allowing customers to borrow tape tape .I was returning an Amazon item .Other Amazon partners take all Amazon packages no packaging required .NOT HERE box and packaging must be brought it even when they could See I had a cam walker on my left foot I could not go back and forth.THE WORST UPS STORE !!!!5 staff member not one stepped up to say anything positive to assist…,no flexibility-HORRIBLE STORE!!!
