Customer service was awesome! I purchased an iPhone , tablet, and accessories with NO! Hassle. Dylan has merchandise knowledge and was very kind towards me. Even the store manager assisted me the next day regarding my concerns!

As is often the case, the folks at this Verizon store are incredibly helpful as opposed to the Verizon corporate phone and chatbot AI response.
The staff at the Piedmont Verizon store are friendly, helpful and can explain exactly what the company's policies and programs mean. They have consistently given me information that has prevented me from buying services I don't need, and pointing to how I can get the best use of the services I do have. They are often busy, but they give good time estimates about how long you will have to wait. They are patient, friendly and helpful. I rarely write reviews, but these folks deserve it. I would like to single out Dylan, Angie and Chris who are stellar in both customer service and attention to detail.

I visited this location today, May 30, 2024. Angie helped me set up an eSim card for my new secondary line. She's the Samsung Galaxy whisperer- no phone can outsmart this extremely intelligent, friendly and helpful employee. Kudos to whomever hired her. An excellent store, indeed.
