Both of them have the stellar customer service mindset down pat. Not only is Mystic(the owner) generous with his expansive knowledge but also with his time & pure spirit. Mystic, spent so much time with me & my sister explaining about the different quality of crystal jewelry & gemstones, their uses & benefits on life and our life situations. He had the highest quality & fairly priced oracle decks, crystals, crystal jewelry, inexpensive candles, 7 days candles, spell & ritual oils, powders & also custom made skincare etc etc. I could have spent a whole day there. I felt like a kid in a candy shop.

Even when his store was packed with customers, his focus was 💯 % dedicated & did not wander or waver. He is impressive on so many levels. I did not intend to buy anything bc my finances were tight due to a litigation battle going on 3 years. But I knew I did not want to miss out because his pure loving high vibrations were in all of his products. With his products, I knew I would get phenomenal results in my rituals & spells. So, don’t miss out yourself. I wish I lived closer, but I’m from the East Coast(NYC) so I am not as lucky as the locals here.

He was so generous, he gave us a free gift with our purchase. He’s a true Angel/Saint. Mystic & Yanna are the most pure, gentle, kind, caring, unconditionally loving & healing souls I’ve ever met. For Mystic, it’s not about the money, it’s about the legacy & difference he makes that counts. “My first thought when I walked in was, omg how long has this place been here??? I just discovered this place today when searching for a deep dish pizza pan that I purchased for only 10.99. A similar pan was 25.00 around the corner at world market. while I was there I got a fish spatula for $2.99, a couple a frosting tips for 99 cents, a wooden beer paddle for shot flights at home for $5.99, and I can't wait to go back for more! They have everything you need for your restaurant, or home chefs like me. Theres all types of cooking and baking utensils, bar accessories, glassware, and larger commercial items like stoves, panini makers and more. There's also a large parking lot with plenty of parking. I'll definitely be back”

“I recently had an issue with my 1998 Honda CRV and I was pretty certain that it meant replacing the alternator, which I was told can be a rather expensive fix. I called around several mechanics in my area. Some wouldn't let me bring my own part (which I wanted to do to save a little money), some were too busy to fix it ASAP (which I wanted to do since I need my car to drive for my job and it didn't start at all). I called Salim at ASA and he was so patient and kind said I could bring the part since he didn't have it and he could probably do it by the end of the day (it was already about 1pm at that point and I still needed to get it towed to his place!). After getting it to his place he jumped into action and quickly realized, to my relief, it was the belt, not the alternator. He ordered the part quickly and got it in in a snap, staying late to make sure it was done properly. I asked if I should go ahead and replace the alternator and he was honest with me that it didn't need to be replaced (even though another mechanic might tell me to replace it as well since it's old so that he can charge more). Salim even called the next day to make sure the battery had charged properly overnight. I cannot recommend his service enough! He was very kind and capable and will go back to him with all of my mechanic needs, not just alternators and starters, in the future. Thank you!!”

“I came here to buy some items from Jetro/Restaurant Depot, but unfortunately, they were closed. Google Maps showed that they were open, so I made the trip and ended up wasting some time. “Always an easy stop for me. A little less.selection then the SJ store but good enough. Certain stock can be sporadic but that's just the way it is here in Cali right now. They didnt have any individual cream cheese packets when I went in and jo cases of zucchini.

The store is located in a not so nice part of town but they have an OPD officer parked in the parking lot all the time.

Overall, still a money and time saver

Don't try to get brisket here less than 7 days before a holiday... it will be all gone.”
