“I accidently backed into a car that was parked in my driveway, and as a result did some minor damage to the rear bumper, both cosmetic and small dents, to the car I was driving. Although the damage was minimal my car is a vintage car so I was very concerned that the body repair would match the rest of my bumper exactly.
I took it to CRC on the recommendation of my car mechanic and after seeing its 5.0 rating on Google. I was not disappointed! There is no way you can tell where the damage was, and I even inspected it very closely! Not only that but, coincidentally, my two rear brake light bulbs blew when I was getting my car from them. They volunteered to have one of their employees go to the car supply store a few blocks away and they bought and installed both bulbs free of charge. That level of service, the expertise they showed on my car, and a very reasonable price will make my next decision to take a car in for body work very simple.”

“100/10 Great experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts! My neighbor was kind enough to replace my brake pads, and directed me to get them here. The staff was so helpful in listing out my options. The pros and cons of several different options and their price points. They even printed out an estimate receipt to take with me while I decided.
I ended up buying brake pads and rotors, and when it turned out I only needed the pads, the return process was quick and easy!
They even have a program where you can rent specialty tools for free ( you pay the deposit and get your money back on return ) which I thought was fantastic although it's unlikely something I'd personally need.

“Great customer service! I went in for an rear light assembly for Chevy Equinox. The wrecked car I was supposed to salvage from was parked awkwardly in front of an electric post, which blocked the rear hatch door from opening. This was when the front desk lady came to the rescue! She found help and got the lights out all free of charge. The replacement lights looks exactly as the old ones and I would definitely visit again for any other components.Service: Part finding & extracting”
