“I accidently backed into a car that was parked in my driveway, and as a result did some minor damage to the rear bumper, both cosmetic and small dents, to the car I was driving. Although the damage was minimal my car is a vintage car so I was very concerned that the body repair would match the rest of my bumper exactly.
I took it to CRC on the recommendation of my car mechanic and after seeing its 5.0 rating on Google. I was not disappointed! There is no way you can tell where the damage was, and I even inspected it very closely! Not only that but, coincidentally, my two rear brake light bulbs blew when I was getting my car from them. They volunteered to have one of their employees go to the car supply store a few blocks away and they bought and installed both bulbs free of charge. That level of service, the expertise they showed on my car, and a very reasonable price will make my next decision to take a car in for body work very simple.”

“I can highly praise Heacock Trailer and especially Matt (owner) for rescuing a stranded traveller on short notice. We had just purchased a new to us TOAD vehicle that came equipped with a towing and braking setup. Unfortunately when we connected our motorhome and began our extended travel the battery died from lack of charging from the motorhome. On someone elses recommendation I gave Matt a call midday on Thursday and he managed to squeeze us into their already full schedule for the next day at 9am. Matt was quick to diagnose the problem (faulty umbilical cord and bent pins on connector). He promptly had his crew fabricate a new umbilical cord and had us on our way that afternoon. His customer service went above and beyond to help us continue our travel. Hats off to Matt and crew!”
