“This is the second time that I have brought my car to The Stable to prepare for a California Central Coast Region Porsche Club Laguna Seca track day, and I had another great experience. I believe that The Stable is the best auto shop with the finest staff with the highest level of Porsche knowledge and experience on the Central Coast, and probably in the entire State of California.
Brittain patiently explained all of my alignment set up options, and helped me select one that transformed my understeering car into a beautifully neutral-handling machine that felt like a part of me and went wherever it was pointed. This gave me the confidence to explore my limits and fully enjoy my time on track. He finished the work on time and on budget, and I couldn't be happier.
Nathan scheduled my service on the same afternoon as the mandatory Porsche Club technical inspection, which Guy and The Stable provide free of charge, complete with pizza and drinks, which saved me an extra trip. The Stable also graciously sponsors CCCR events, making them more affordable for everyone.
I always feel confident and comfortable when I bring my car here, and I think you will, too, and I do not hesitate to give the Stable my highest recommendation. If I could give 6 stars, I would!

“The team at Smith Volvo were great, particularly the salesman Brendan and Rob in finance. They gave me an awesome deal on their demo C40 Recharge Ultimate, I didn't feel any pressure, and they were very professional and nice throughout the entire deal.I moved from NY and had trouble getting insurance due to the 14 day waiting period in CA and had to delay delivery. Rob was happy to mail me paperwork and hold the car for me. I ended up sorting out insurance a few days later and picked up the car yesterday. In and out in under 45 minutes and well worth the 3 hour drive up from LA to get it from them - a very refreshing car dealer experience!Thanks guys!”

“Customer came to my shop looking to install some MM Caster/Camber plates for their 04 Mustang, one of the bottom plates was wrong (2 drivers side plates). I contacted the company and spoke with Josh, who was very professional, he immediately offered to correct the issue and overnighted me the correct plate to finish the customers vehicle.
Any company who is this responsive and professional about customer support deserves 5 stars and then some! Great work and I hope your business continues to succeed for decades to come!”

“Mr. Hong is definitely the guy to go if you want help fixing your car. Mr. Hong is an honest and kind man . He will never in anyway try to trick you in to paying more money. Mr. Hong may not be the cheapest out there, but his work more than makes up for it. He has been doing this for more than 65 years. He definitely knows everything inside and out. He is a one man army and works really hard. It will look as good as new. Most mechanics try to rip you off. Mr. Hong will never do that you. He is honest and always give you an accurate expectation. There is never any surprises with him. He always checks up on you. Also, he always go beyond and above in fixing you car. There are very few mechanics out there like Mr. Hong. I recommend him to anyone in the SLO Area.”
