Awesome gym. Friendly team members. Lots of gym equipment to use. Group exercise classes available too. Parking lot is huge but is shared with In-n-Out so there is a lot of through traffic including pedestrians.

We were rudely approached by staff when we were trying to sign in for our 3 day pass to try out the gym telling us we would have to pay for even just one day to try out the gym. Saying it was up to them who gets a three day pass and who doesnt. Im so dissappointed in thr people that work at this location and thr 24 hour fitness as a whole for such jerks showing what your company is about. I would givr no stars but have to leave one. Shame on you planet fitness how you dont care about new members.

At 11:30 AM, today, walked up to the guy (white guy with a black hat) who sits at where you sign up for membership and was talking to another employee. Informed him the cleaning spray is out. He replies “okay” with like a do what and get out of here face. The cleaning spray for over 30-40 min at least (left by then) doesn’t get replaced as other members try to use the spray to clean their equipment for others. When gym management is this bad, you shouldn’t go to this gym.

The gym has a good atmosphere and they have all necessary equipment. Plus there's a lot of good looking people that take training seriously. Of course they should remind members more often to wipe down machines and throw away their trash. Too often do I find paper towels on the floor or left on machines. Still gym is a good and will be better when it's 24 hours again.

July 2nd Friday, 9:30 ishHannah who's bigger framed And The gym manager at the moment, We're not as helpful, Unfriendly And both definitely seem to have a chip on their shoulder. Some simple advice they did not want to take, be Sincere, helpful, Sorry to see you go and apologise for coming off in a rude manner.....would have been the professioal choice

The gym is the perfect size and it's never too busy any time we go. Ashley is the one who signed us up. She was very friendly and very helpful. Everyone there is friendly, but Ashley seems to go above and beyond when people walk in just to check in, buy something have a question or just wants to chat she is always smiling and there to help. We definitely found our new gym with overall satisfaction of equipment and employees!

It's a 24 hour sport. There's a basketball court that's currently closed and an outdoor tent with limited equipment.
